Your first steps are the foundation for your whole dance. In this lesson, we'll see why knowing the basics is so important, and what key things will help you move confidently and with good technique. You'll learn the right way to do basic moves and understand how to use your body to make beautiful movements.

Lesson 1:
Fundamental Basics

What will we cover?
01. How to connect elements into transitions (flow transition).
02. Weight shifting and its importance.
03. Learn a dance combo.

This second lesson focuses on connecting elements into seamless transitions. We're not simply learning a combination, but deeply delving into understanding the technique of connecting movements: how to transfer weight, how to control the body, and create a continuous flow.

Lesson 2:
Transitions & Flow

What will we cover?
01. Connecting movements with musical rhythm and texture.
02. Incorporating accents and details into the combination.
03. Emotional expressiveness in dance.

Now that we have a foundation and transitions, it's time to infuse musicality. We'll explore how to feel the music, rhythm, and express emotions through movement. In this lesson, we'll dissect how to integrate our constructed sequence with music, adding nuanced details and expression.

Lesson 3:
Musicality & Expression

What will we cover?
01. Technical upgrades of movements.
02. Use of advanced musicality techniques.
03. Creating a deep emotional connection with dance.
04. Basic techniques of creativity and working with choreography.

This lesson is the next level of musicality and technique. We will explore how to complicate movements, add variations, and express your style. You will learn how to make choreography more interesting, richer, and more aligned with the music.
